I do not intend to do more than consider, in a general manner, this part of my subject; first, because it is next to impossible, in less than half-a-dozen volumes, to enter into the details of the practice in a solicitor's office, so very varied are the subjects which come under his consideration, and so much is there to be said respecting every one; and, secondly, because it is exceedingly unlikely that your practice will be either large or very general for several years to come.
